1Product Application

l  A spectrophotometer, also known as a spectrometer, is an instrument for quantitative and qualitative analysis of substances, and is commonly used for nucleic acid and protein quantification and quantification of bacterial growth concentrations.

l   

Nano-900 is a UV-Vis spectrophotometer dedicated to the micro-volume analysis of purified nucleic acids and a variety of proteins, the use of a minimum volume of up to 0.5 μL of each test sample, the concentration of the samples can be detected than the standard cuvette hundreds of times.

 

2Product Features

l  Intelligent Android operating system, 7-inch capacitive touch screen, multi-touch, dedicated APP interface is more intuitive, humanised design;

l  Cuvette slot, more comfortable for bacteria/microorganisms and other culture fluid concentration detection;

l  The instrument does not need to be connected to a computer, and can complete sample testing and data storage alone;

l  Image and table storage format: table compatible with Excel, convenient for subsequent data processing, support JPG image export;

l  high-precision linear motor drive, so that the accuracy of the optical range reaches 0.001mm, and the absorbance detection is highly repeatable;

l  Only 0.5~2μl of sample is needed for each test, and the sample can be recovered after the measurement, so that the study of precious samples can be carried out with confidence;

l  Spot the sample directly on the spiking platform without dilution, the measurable sample concentration is 50 times of the conventional UV-visible spectrophotometer, the detection and display of results can be completed in 2s~6s, and the results can be directly output as the sample concentration without additional calculation.
